Message Personally, I wouldn't touch those after how bad Jefe's
were.

And I'm not just saying this because I know Jefe (colin) but
because I had to deal with his car on a day to day basis
while it was all messed up because of the Majestic T28s.

Just FYI....the following occured with the same turbos
that we put in jefe's Z.....

The wastegates would open very early even with the wastegate
hoses disconnected. This should create 2.0+bar and blow
the engine up but it never exceeded like .6bar. Jim Wolf
and HKS told us how to make them work and they eventually
did.

The turbos made power but spooled terribly compared to JWT
600s.

A few weeks after the car was delivered the passenger side
turbo locked up.

It's also possible that this event was what killed Jefe's
motor but that's nothing but a remote possibility. I'm
thinking a bad RC ENgineering crapjector myself.

Have another turbo builder test those turbos before you
put them in. Make sure the wastegate springs aren't gimpy
and open properly as well.

Kevin was not good to deal with when our shop owner drove
the turbos up to Waco himself and said "fix these" "there's
nothing wrong" "HKS, Jim Wolf, TurboImports, and We say
you're wrong." "there's nothing wrong."
